Industry · multi-location

Several locations, one system, one invoice.

A dialling plan per site, a reception desk that sees everyone, calls that overflow from one location to another when someone is missing — and monitoring that covers the server, your sites and the carriers.

What we build for a group

A dialling plan you can read

A thousand-block per location, a hundred-block per department: extension 3201 is at site 3, department 2. Everyone finds their way, including reception.

Presence everywhere

Every extension sees who is on the line at the other sites and transfers as it would to a colleague down the hall.

Overflow between sites

Nobody answers in Terrebonne? The call rings in Laval after 20 seconds, then on the manager's cell.

Billing the way you want it

One invoice per location, per legal entity, or a single one for the group with a breakdown by site.

End-to-end monitoring

The server, each site's link and the carriers. When a site loses call quality, we see it before they call.

The site's network, by the same team

With Groupe DomotIQ: cabling, switches, Wi-Fi and security for every location, with no finger-pointing.

One owner

When calls drop at a location, there is one number to dial.

The classic scenario: the telecom provider says it is the network, the network installer says it is the telecom, and the location sits in the middle for three weeks. With us, the cable and the call live under the same roof.

  • End-to-end diagnosis: server, site link, carriers
  • Cabling and networking by Groupe DomotIQ
  • One ticket, one owner, one answer

The callYour customer
Opening a location

A new location opens on a set date. The phone rings that day.

The server already exists; adding a site means a dialling plan, extensions "like the template", a local number and a menu. And if you are switching providers at the same time, the migration happens without interruption, one site at a time.

  • Extensions created like the template: same forwarding, same permissions
  • A local number for the region, from day one
  • Site-by-site migration, with no downtime
Zero interruption
  1. 1We build your new system in parallelYour current system keeps running. Nothing changes for your customers.
  2. 2We forward your numbers to temporary numbersYour calls already land on the new system. Nobody notices.
  3. 3We port your numbersOn the date confirmed by the carrier, your numbers become permanently yours with us.
  4. 4We cancel the old provider for youAfter full verification. Never before.
What your customers notice: nothing.

How many sites, how many people per site?

We propose a dialling plan, a call plan and a complete number.
