Information we collect

Through our forms (quote, contact, partners, shop), we collect: name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message. Through our logs and cookies: IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time of the visit, and the site you came from.

How we use it

This information is used to reply to you, prepare a quote, manage the client relationship and measure site traffic. We do not sell it and do not share it with any third party for solicitation purposes. Audience measurement tools, when active, are configured without advertising tracking.

Service data

Data tied to your phone system (recordings, call logs, messages) is hosted in Canada and handled as described on the Data security and hosting page and in your service agreement.

Your rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent to any communication. Write to info@uc365.ca or to Communications Unifiées 365 inc., 3361 avenue de la Gare, Suite 122, Mascouche, Québec J7K 3C1. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Information is kept in a secure environment: encryption in transit, named access limited to authorized people, backups. No mechanism offers absolute security; we notify you without delay of any incident affecting your information.
