Customer service

We specialize in customer service. It starts with our own.

Our clients choose us to improve their own customer service: auto-attendants, queues, missed calls recovered. We couldn't sell that without practising it. Here is, concretely, what happens when you need us.

When you call us

What happens, in order

  1. 1

    A human picks up

No robot, no lost ticket. A member of the team who sees your file open with your number.

  2. 2

    They know your system

Your extensions, your numbers, your routing, the history of your requests and your monitoring are already in front of them.

  3. 3

    Your request becomes a ticket

Handled by a named person, visible in your portal. You know who is on it and where it stands.

  4. 4

    Resolved, then verified

The ticket closes when the issue is fixed and confirmed with you — not when we have replied.

What we built to serve you

Tools, not promises

The client portal

Your extensions, numbers, invoices line by line, documents, procedures and requests. By role: management, billing, technical, HR.

Monitoring that speaks up

An agent on your server. Certificate, licence, trunk quality, intrusions, backups: a crossed threshold opens a ticket on our side.

Your written procedures

How to transfer a call, change the holiday greeting, add an extension: your procedures, for your team, in your portal.

Repeatable builds

A new extension is created "like the template": same forwarding rules, same permissions. The change is reproduced, not retyped.

Why we make it a specialty

We help our clients stop losing calls. We hold ourselves to the same standard.

With IQ Center, we show dealerships and clinics who called and was never called back, and we text the customer within the second. A provider that sells that can't afford a full voicemail box and a callback the next day.

  • Bilingual greetings in professional voice synthesis, changed in minutes
  • Queues, overflows and callbacks designed for the customer who is waiting
  • IQ Center: missed calls recovered, alerts, AI listening

Questions about support

Do I always talk to the same person?

Not always, but always to someone who sees the same file: your extensions, your routing, the history of your tickets and your monitoring. That is what keeps you from explaining it all over again.

Is support included, or billed on top?

Included in your plan, at all times. You never have to wonder whether a call is going to cost you something. Monitoring, for its part, never closes: a server that fails at night opens a ticket on our side at night.

Can my team make changes themselves?

Yes, depending on the roles you assign: forwarding, statuses, voicemail and presence in the 3CX apps; extension and number requests from the portal. The rest, we do for you.

How do I know where my request stands?

In your portal: every ticket shows who is handling it, its status and the exchanges. You don't have to call back to find out.

Try us: call.

The real test of a customer service is to call it. (514) 500-4300.
