A business phone system you no longer have to think about.
3CX IP telephony on a dedicated server in Québec, apps on all your devices, unlimited calling in Canada and the United States, continuous monitoring — and a team that builds it, migrates it without interruption and keeps it running.
What a business phone system is today
What it is
A business phone system (PBX) is the software that receives your calls, rings the right people, answers when nobody is free and keeps a record of everything.
In 2026 there is no reason for it to be a box in your closet: it runs on a server in a data centre, and your staff reach it from their computer, their cell phone, an IP desk phone or Microsoft Teams.
What makes the difference
The software we install is 3CX, one of the most widely used systems in the world. Anyone can sell 3CX.
What changes from one provider to the next is where it is hosted, who watches it, how it is built, who answers you — and what happens the day it fails.
What you should demand from a business phone system — and what UC365 does
A server that belongs only to you
One dedicated server per client, hosted in Beauharnois, Québec. A neighbour's traffic spike never touches you.
Trunks that aren't counted by the minute
Unlimited SIP channels to Canada and the United States, one per simultaneous call, included in the plan.
Someone watching before you do
A monitoring agent on your server: health, certificate, licence, trunk quality, intrusions, backups.
Numbers that follow you, with no cutover gap
Built in parallel, forwarded to temporary numbers, then ported. Your customers notice nothing.
Apps everywhere
Web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Teams. One number, the same everywhere.
A professional greeting
Bilingual menus in professional voice synthesis, queues, voicemail to email, music on hold.
Knowing what you pay
Client portal: extensions, numbers, invoices line by line, documents, tracked requests.
Humans who answer
A technician who knows your system. Support is included in your plan, at all times.
An exit plan
Daily off-site backups in Canada, disaster recovery included.
Your call flow, up to date. Not as it was on installation day.
Hours, menus, queues, overflows, voicemail: your routing is pulled automatically from your server. When you wonder "who answers option 2 after 5 p.m.?", the answer is right there, exact — and a technician sees it at the same time you do.
- Hours and holidays applied, open and closed menus
- Who answers in which queue, and where it overflows
- Where voicemails go, and who they are sent to
Without interrupting your calls. Without a day without a phone.
We listen (who is on the phone, from where, how calls should flow). We build your dedicated server with your recorded menus, your queues, your extensions. You test it. Then we forward your numbers to temporary numbers, port them, and monitor from day one.
- Your current system stays in service until the very end
- You test with your real scenarios before the switch
- The old provider is cancelled after verification, never before
- 1We build your new system in parallelYour current system keeps running. Nothing changes for your customers.
- 2We forward your numbers to temporary numbersYour calls already land on the new system. Nobody notices.
- 3We port your numbersOn the date confirmed by the carrier, your numbers become permanently yours with us.
- 4We cancel the old provider for youAfter full verification. Never before.
Three situations we know by heart
The SMB of 5 to 50 people
A professional greeting, remote work and cell phones that ring like the office — without managing a project.
Learn moreThe multi-location group
Dealerships, clinics, branches: one system, a dialling plan per site, a receptionist who sees everyone.
Learn moreThe call centre or BDC
Revenue depends on inbound calls, and what gets lost has to be measured — and recovered.
Learn moreWhat we don't do
We don't sell cell phone plans, we don't resell residential consumer phone service, and we don't host systems outside Canada. If all you need is a single line with no greeting and no queues, a consumer service will cost less than we do — tell us, and we will tell you so.
Frequently asked questions about business phone systems
What is the difference between a hosted system and an on-premises system?
An on-premises system is a server in your office: you pay for the machine, the electricity, the updates, and an internet or power outage at your office cuts everything off. A hosted system runs in the data centre; if your office loses internet, calls are forwarded to cell phones or another branch and your greeting stays in service.
How many simultaneous calls do I need?
Rule of thumb: one simultaneous call for every 3 to 4 people who use the phone normally, one for every 1 to 2 in a call centre or a BDC. We recommend a tier with your quote, and you change tiers whenever you want.
Does 3CX work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The 3CX apps integrate with Teams and, in the Enterprise AI edition from 16 simultaneous calls, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing lets you make and receive calls from Teams with your numbers.
Can I keep my current desk phones?
Often, yes, if they are IP phones (Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, Polycom, Grandstream, Cisco in SIP mode). We check at the quote stage. Old proprietary digital phones, however, cannot be reused.
How long does it take?
Building the server takes less than a day, and the new system is usable right away thanks to forwarding your numbers to temporary numbers. The final port follows its course with your current provider, without holding you up.
Let's talk about what your phone system really costs you.
A 20-minute conversation, no commitment. We look at your situation, tell you what we would do, and you decide.
