Dozens of providers sell 3CX. Only one you won't have to replace.
Choosing a phone provider is a choice you don't want to make twice. A server dedicated to you, in Québec. A migration your customers never notice. A human team that knows your system, and support included at all times.
They chose us
A provider you can rely on. And humans who answer.
Yes, we sell a phone system. But what our clients really buy is not having to think about it — and someone on the line when they do.
A server dedicated to your business, in Québec, watched continuously by our monitoring agent. When a threshold is crossed, a ticket opens on our side — before you call.
You talk to a technician who knows your system, not a call centre reading a script. The same team that built it keeps it running.
By phone, by email or from your portal. Every request becomes a ticket you can follow, handled by a named person.
Our business is improving our clients' customer service — with IQ Center, our queues, our auto-attendants. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
Six questions to ask any provider. Here are our answers.
If a provider hesitates on even one of these questions, you have your answer.
Will my system be on a server of my own, or shared with others?
At UC365: one dedicated server per client, in Québec. A neighbour's traffic spike never touches you.
Who watches my system at night and on weekends?
A monitoring agent, continuously. A crossed threshold opens a ticket on our side before you call.
Who do I talk to when it doesn't work?
A technician who opens your file and knows your system. Support is included in your plan, at all times.
Will I lose calls during the switch?
No. Built in parallel, numbers forwarded to temporary numbers, then ported. Your customers notice nothing.
Will I know how my calls are routed?
Yes. Your call flow — hours, menus, queues, voicemail — is pulled automatically and shown to you up to date, not as it was on installation day.
Will I know what I'm paying for?
Every extension, every number, line by line, with the same name as in your portal. Nothing is added after the fact.
When you call, someone answers. And they already know who you are.
Your technician opens your file: your extensions, your numbers, your call routing, the history of your requests. No "can you walk me through your setup?". Every request becomes a ticket you can see in your portal, handled by a named person, and closed only when it is actually resolved.
- A technician who knows your system, not a script
- Your requests, invoices, extensions and documents in one place
- Monitoring opens a ticket on its own when something is off
- Support included in your plan, at all times
You change systems. Your customers never notice.
We build your new system alongside the old one. We forward your numbers to temporary numbers: your calls already arrive on the new system. Then we port your numbers. Not one day without a phone, not one lost call.
- Your current system stays in service until the very end
- Your numbers come with you — all of them
- The old provider is cancelled after verification, never before
- 1We build your new system in parallelYour current system keeps running. Nothing changes for your customers.
- 2We forward your numbers to temporary numbersYour calls already land on the new system. Nobody notices.
- 3We port your numbersOn the date confirmed by the carrier, your numbers become permanently yours with us.
- 4We cancel the old provider for youAfter full verification. Never before.
The costs that never show up on any invoice
The money isn't lost in the price of the system. It's lost here — and this is where we work.
Three weeks of waiting
A quote, an appointment, an installation date. Meanwhile the opening is pushed back and the new hire is still waiting for a phone.
Learn moreThe missed call that leaves no trace
An unanswered email leaves a trace. A missed call leaves nothing: the customer hangs up and calls someone else.
Learn moreThe Friday outage
An expired certificate, a lapsed licence, and a store's phone stops ringing without warning.
Learn moreThe unreadable invoice
Lines paid for three years for extensions that no longer exist, and nobody there to notice.
Learn moreThe configuration error
One digit reversed in a routing rule, and an ad campaign rings into the void for two weeks.
Learn moreThe blame game
Calls drop. The phone company says it's the network, the network company says it's the phones. You're stuck in the middle.
Learn moreWhen something breaks, it's already fixed. Elsewhere, you're the one calling support.
Every client has their own server, hosted in Québec. A monitoring agent watches it around the clock: certificate, licence, trunk quality, intrusion attempts, backups. When a threshold is crossed, a ticket opens on our side before your front desk notices anything.
- Dedicated server: a neighbour's traffic spike never touches you
- Redundant carrier trunks, inbound and outbound
- Automatic attack blocking, shared across our entire fleet
- Daily off-site backups, disaster recovery included
IQ Center saves you time and money.
A missed call that never gets returned is a customer gone without anyone knowing — and hours lost digging through call logs to find out who to call back. IQ Center, our AI platform for 3CX, keeps a named list of those callers, texts the customer automatically and has the AI score every call.
- The "to call back" list empties itself: no more digging through call logs
- The text goes out on its own: the customer is caught before they call someone else
- Reports write themselves: Monday's number without compiling anything
- AI scoring tells you what to coach, without re-listening to the calls

From the cable to the call, one number to dial.
Cabling, network, Wi-Fi and security by Groupe DomotIQ; phone system and carriers by UC365. Both ends of the same wire, under the same roof. Nobody sends you off to "the other provider".
- End-to-end diagnostics: server, your sites, carriers
- Network design and cabling built for voice
- Cameras, access control and business Wi-Fi from the same team
We don't discover your industry when we meet you. We already run it every day.

Questions we get asked before signing
Where are my data and call recordings hosted?
On a server dedicated to your business, in a data centre in Québec (Beauharnois). Daily backups are copied off-site, in Canada. Details on the Data security and hosting page.
Do I keep my phone numbers? Is there an outage?
Yes, you keep all your numbers, and no, there is no outage. We build the new system in parallel, forward your numbers to temporary numbers, then port them. Your customers notice nothing. See Switching providers.
What is included in the plan?
The 3CX licence, the dedicated server in Québec, unlimited Canada/U.S. trunks, backups, continuous monitoring and support, at all times. Numbers and optional services are added as you use them, line by line. See Pricing.
Who do I talk to when I have a problem?
A technician on our team, who opens your file and sees your system. You can also open a request from your portal and follow its progress. See Customer service.
Do I have to buy phones?
No. 3CX works on your computer, on mobile (iOS, Android) and in Microsoft Teams. If you want desk phones, we supply and configure Yealink and Fanvil models.
What happens if the internet goes down at my office?
Your system keeps running: it lives in the data centre, not at your office. Calls are forwarded to cell phones or another branch according to your rules, and your greetings stay in service.
Let's talk about what your phone system really costs you.
A 20-minute conversation, no commitment. We look at your situation, tell you what we would do, and you decide.
